1. How to install cell phone spy software?
Once you purchase the software, the company will send you step-by-step instructions to install the software via email. Follow these instructions to download and install the software.
2. Can it be detected in the monitored phone?
There are no indications that the spy software is running while it is active. The software starts automatically every time the phone is powered on and remains hidden from view. The software has no icons on the phone and its files are extremely camouflaged.
3. Can I install the spy software remotely?
The software can’t be installed remotely and physical access to the phone is required for installing it. The software needs to be downloaded directly to the phone to be monitored.
4. Does the monitored phone require internet access?
The target phone must have internet connection (via 4G or Wi-Fi) for it to connect to the spy software server, activate the license, and upload recorded data.
5. What is Jailbreaking?
Jailbreaking is the act of gaining full access to an iPhone (or iPad). All iOS devices need to be jailbroken prior to installing the spy software. You cannot download or install the software if the device is not jailbroken.

6. What is rooting?
